* What is features of our PG-MSR?

1)
Withstanding voltage was increased 2 times for
220V Motor. |
Adapting
a series connection of 2 Triac and an unbalance
control circuit, PG-MSR can withstand 2 times
of voltage.
so, PG-MSR can cover withstanding voltage max
1,200V and rated current 50A.
So, the frequent burn-out trouble caused by high
voltage of 220V Motor doesn't happen.
Even single phase motor can run 2~3Hp by our PG-MSR.

Off voltage is automatically controlled by the
power voltage.

By adapting our patent voltage compensation circuit,
motor run well at the high voltage and even under
voltage,(ref. graph)
PG-MSR run well under the frequent cut-off circumstances
using a long and thin power line like Agricultural
motor.

Safety is increased by combining a Zero-Crossing
control switching circuit and a reactor.

Capacity of reactor is reinforced.

By
our patented Reactor manufacturing method, the
reactor capacity is reinforced several times.
Whereas, existing reactor can be frequently burn-out
by a small capacity to install the reactor inside
a little space.

By the undervoltage trip circuit, motor can be
protected at the undervoltage, even if other starting
relay can not run motor.

When
motor can not run below 50% of rated voltage,
our PG-MSR cut off. And motor can be protected
by cutting off the current of starting condenser.

PG-MSR is off at 65~70% of starting coil voltage
and run again at 30% of starting coil voltage.

The contact, arcless and long lasting life doesn't
easily wear out and safe against burnout.
